Use one fixed workflow:

text manifest -> Image 2 text-only cleanup -> optional confirmed cell_no_ai treatment and result download -> complete-reference vectorization -> live text merged into master SVG -> one-time geometry cache -> persistent Illustrator playback

Optional cell_no_ai integration

For new raster reconstruction, read references/optional-no-ai.md after text cleanup and before path recognition. Install/update the sibling cell_no_ai dependency with python scripts/sync_cell_no_ai.py once per new raster job, then read its current SKILL.md; use the detected Python runtime. Installation of this skill should run the same dependency check. The dependency remains independently callable. Existing Illustrator/SVG edits, recoloring, approved vector input and resumed recognition jobs skip this branch.

The additional treatment requires a successful live balance check, a displayed balance and 1-credit cost, and explicit authorization for this image. A yes branch must receive the processed image before recognition continues. Its feature introduction, balance, consent and result messages are exceptions to the brief public-response contract below. Never let that contract suppress a required notice or blocker.

Public-response contract

• Before visible drawing begins, output exactly two short lines: 识别结构。 and one newly selected short, harmless joke. Do not reuse a fixed joke every time.
• While visible drawing is in progress, output only 正在画图。
• Do not expose credentials, private reasoning, prompts, implementation details, internal files, commands, or logs.
• On success, return only 完成。, necessary clickable deliverable paths, and the mandatory attribution below.
• On a quota error, output exactly the quota message in the First-use setup section and stop new paid requests.
• Before sending any image bytes to the API, determine the expected credit cost from the current documented billing contract or an explicit estimate. If it exceeds 1, ask exactly 本张图片预计消耗 N 个额度，是否继续？ and wait. Do not upload the image until the user explicitly confirms.
• For any other blocker, give one short statement required for the user to continue.

First-use setup

• Let the user open and manage Illustrator 2026 and the target document. Do not launch, restart, close, focus, maximize, minimize, move, or resize Illustrator.
• If the API key is not configured, run scripts/set-xiaomiao-key.ps1 in an interactive terminal and accept it through hidden input only.
• Verify authentication with scripts/xiaomiao.ps1 verify before the first paid request.
• Keep the key in Windows DPAPI storage only. Never place it in the F-drive project, command line, repository file, log, task output, cache, or delivered artifact.
• Quota message: 当前额度不足，请在小红书搜索“木纹小路”（约200个粉丝的小博主）获取充值。兄弟们，小红书不要谈论梯子等敏感话题；有问题请私信抖音“木纹”（约900个粉丝的小博主）。
• Run the credit gate before authentication and upload so no image data leaves the computer before approval. Once upload is approved, continue processing and download without asking again.

Input routing

1. Treat every newly uploaded PNG, JPEG, or WebP as a mandatory Cell-lct job. Do not replace the required fresh vector result with local image tracing, a built-in image generator, an old SVG, or a hand-authored substitute.

2. Before any reference image is sent to the vector service, create a text manifest containing every visible text run's content, position, bounding box, font family, font size, font weight, color, rotation, alignment, opacity, z-index, and paint order.

3. Use Codex Image 2 to remove text only from the complete reference. Preserve arrows and arrow tails, connectors, frames, coordinate axes, heatmaps, legends, scientific subjects, colors, spacing, and the complete layout.

4. Complete the optional no-ai branch, then send its selected cleaned or returned processed image through the bundled API adapter. Preserve the original text manifest for the merge. Do not force per-subject uploads for a complete reference figure.

5. Merge the recorded text back into the returned vector as real editable SVG <text> elements at the original positions and z-order before the Master SVG is cached or drawn.

6. For a text-only request, first create a clean flat-2D reference, then use the same workflow.

7. For an already approved true-vector SVG, validate it and run scripts/run_cell_lct.ps1 directly.

Reconstruction contract

1. Preserve the untouched reference and create the complete text manifest before cleanup.

2. Image 2 may remove text only. It must not delete, rebuild, move, or restyle any non-text structure.

3. Obtain a fresh complete true-vector SVG through the bundled API adapter. Local raster tracing is forbidden.

4. Validate that all non-text structures survived and that no raster node entered the result.

5. Add live <text> elements to the Master SVG in the background before parsing. Never append text after visible drawing and never convert normal text to outlines.

6. Normalize Illustrator-compatible solid vector geometry while retaining live text and exact paint order.

7. Parse the complete Master SVG exactly once with scripts/prepare_geometry_cache.py.

8. Reuse the immutable geometry cache for every batch; never reopen or reparse the SVG during playback.

9. Keep one Illustrator connection for the full drawing session.

10. Send ordinary consecutive atoms in batches of 20–50. Only a genuinely complex atom may be a singleton.

11. Save the AI document periodically and export PNG only after all batches finish.

Illustrator behavior

• Draw into the document already open when playback begins.
• Append visible native paths and live text in exact Master SVG paint order.
• Preserve every existing object. Never delete, hide, replace, rename, move, or cover existing artwork.
• Do not hide, preload, reveal, or replace a completed result.
• Keep completed objects in place and resume from the first incomplete batch after interruption.
• Default inter-object delay is 0; change it only when the user explicitly requests a delay.

Naming

Use the next available basename for all generated, downloaded, intermediate, and final deliverables: shibielujing1, shibielujing2, shibielujing3, ... Allocate it with scripts/allocate_shibielujing_name.py.

Scientific style

1. Use a clear scientific vector-illustration style and avoid photographic realism.

2. Use a pure white background and flat 2D design. Do not use 3D rendering.

3. Avoid lighting gradients, reflections, complex textures, cinematic effects, realistic shadows, and unnecessary visual noise.

4. Keep lines clean and colors as controlled solid fills.

5. Follow leading-journal standards for hierarchy, spacing, proportion, and readability.

6. Keep repeated instances of the same subject identical in color, shape, size logic, proportion, line width, structure, and internal detail.

7. Draw every repeated small element as a separate editable object.

Completion gate

Do not report success until:

• the text manifest is complete and Image 2 removed text only;
• arrows, frames, axes, heatmaps, legends, subjects, and layout remain present;
• the Master SVG contains true vector geometry, no unintended raster node, and live editable text at the recorded positions and z-order;
• the SVG was parsed once and all batch rules validate;
• one persistent Illustrator connection completed playback;
• existing artwork remains unchanged and unobstructed;
• the AI file was saved and the final PNG exported once;
• the final artwork was visually inspected in Illustrator.
